I’m Monique
Welcome to Flourish With Mo, a blog featuring all things travel, wellness, and adventures in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I love nature and adventures anywhere outdoors; you’ll see a lot of that here. Nature is actually a huge factor in my self-care routine and since I’m located in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’m always exploring hikes, beaches, and parks!
I am living out all my passions and I do so by practicing the wellness methods that work for me. I hope that I can inspire others to implement wellness strategies into their life so they can realize that they can do everything that they love!
